At VinCart we take the privacy of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you create an account we collect your company name, address, phone number, owner name and email address. When you log a service record we store vehicle information (VIN, plate, brand/model), mileage, work performed, technician name, and optional photos.
VinCart's core feature is that a vehicle's service history, identified by its VIN, is visible to any company regardless of which company logged it — so a vehicle's history follows it between garages. However, which company logged a given record is never shown to other companies; your company name is only visible on your own company's records.
